Crushers Come Up Short at Medicine Hat, 2-1
The Medicine Hat Drillers got a magnificent effort from pitcher Luther González, who kept Seoul hitters in check en route to a 2-1 Drillers win at Medicine Hat Municipal Stadium. Medicine Hat currently is in 4th place in the Pacific Alliance Wild Rose at 20-38.

Willie O'Quinn had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the eighth for Medicine Hat. He came through with a run-scoring single to put Medicine Hat in front, 2-0.

"Luther throwing strikes, pounding the zone, that is exactly what you want to see," said Medicine Hat manager Michael Burton.
