London got a strong outing from José Hernández as the Underground defeated the Arlington Bureaucrats, 3-2, at Jane P. Woods Memorial Stadium. Reliever Pedro Escalante picked up the win. His record improves to 4-0. Donnie Wheeler took the loss. The win gives London a record of 19-13.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Miguel Fernández? The 30-year old second baseman Fernández stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the eighth inning to put London up, 3-2. For the game, he was 3 for 4, including 1 double and 2 singles.
