Rain could not dampen the pregame excitement of Hamilton fans. But the subsequent loss, and a disappointing one at that, to the Crushers had to.

Seoul starter Jeroen Smit kept the Hamilton offense under clamps, while his team rolled to victory, 11-2. Early on, the Crushers, at 12-5, have put the pedal to the metal.

Júlio Velásquez, who is tied for 7th in the PCAL in home runs with 4, aided the Seoul cause with a run-scoring ground out in the top of the third. For the game, the center fielder was 1 for 5.

"I like easy wins," Velásquez told the Seoul Bulletin.
