The game between Toronto and Lodoss is in the books, despite a little rain.

The Toronto Phantoms stopped the Lodoss Spell Swords, 8-7, in 11 innings at Forcelia Field. The Phantoms got a big game from José Martínez, who belted 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 5. Reliever Galterio Caccio picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Rodrigo Castro took the loss.

The game was all tied up in the top of the 11th, until Martínez delivered big-time for Toronto, stroking a dramatic 2-run home run off Rodrigo Castro. The game-changing hit put the Phantoms on top, 8-6.

"It took some blood and sweat, but we got what we were after," said Phantoms manager Yvon Valcourt.

For the Spell Swords, the loss makes them 5-9.
