Burbidge Leads Insurers to 4-0 Win over Rebels
The Omaha Insurers picked up a win at Cyclones Stadium, knocking off the Bowling Green Rebels, 4-0. Starting pitcher Chris Burbidge played a key role in the triumph. The last-place Insurers now have a win-loss record of 57-83.

Burbidge, who dominated for Omaha, earned the victory to move to 8-11. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 7.1 innings, while striking out 6. Bowling Green batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"A confident pitcher is a dangerous thing," said Omaha manager Naozane Watanabe. "That's what Chris is right now."
