Reckoning Upend Highlanders, 6-1

The Rockville Reckoning stopped the Inverness Highlanders, 6-1, at The Fortress at Inverness. The Reckoning got a big game from Willem Rollings, who went 1-1 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Alistair Mana got the win, improving to 8-7. He held the Highlanders to 1 run on 3 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 1 and walking 4. Tsuneari Kawakami nailed down the save.
Rockville took a 6-1 lead on Rollings's 6th home run of the season. The grand slam home run, which he hit off Jorge Álvarez in the top of the eighth, propelled Rockville to the win.
Rollings attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
Rockville now sits at 56-79, while Inverness falls to 66-69.
