The Monterey Sea Lions topped the Rockville Reckoning by a score of 9-2. Leading the way was designated hitter Henry Dollman. Dollman was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4 for the Sea Lions. Monterey reliever Chris Harris got the win, raising his record to 8-0. Maxime Scrovegni was tagged with the loss. Monterey goes to 80-46, Rockville to 51-75.

Monterey needed the clutch hitting of Rick Thomas to seal the deal. The first baseman swatted a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Sea Lions on top, 4-2. For the game, Thomas had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
