Narragansett right fielder Sadaharu Okamura had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Santurce Castillos, 4-0. Norio Morishita picked up the win with 7 innings of work. He allowed no runs on 2 hits, while walking 5 and striking out 2. On the season, he is now 3-2. The Seagulls, at 62-49, sit in 4th place in the Atlantic Alliance North.

The game turned with no one out in the bottom of the fourth. That's when Okamura hit a 2-run home run off Jaime Gutiérrez. It propelled the Seagulls into the lead, 2-0.

"I still think this team can play even better," Okamura told the Narragansett Gazette.
