The first-place Den Bosch Dykes took on the Omaha Insurers in front of a spirited crowd.

The Den Bosch Dykes beat the Omaha Insurers, 13-8, at Den Bosch Park. The win was due in part to left fielder Jack Tate, who slugged 3 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored three times. The Insurers have now dropped 5 straight.

Alexander Clancy aided the Den Bosch cause with a 2-run single in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the third baseman went 3 for 5 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3.

Afterward, Omaha manager Naozane Watanabe said: "We've hit a rough patch."
