The Port-au-Prince Bokors topped the Santurce Castillos, 7-3, at Santurce Stadium. Port-au-Prince center fielder Gerard Ailen was a spark plug for the offense. He went 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 3 and driving in 2. The Bokors saw their record improve to 31-42.

Port-au-Prince won the game in part because of Pedro Mendoza. The designated hitter ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Bokors ahead, 3-0. For the game, Mendoza had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.

"We didn't play well enough to win," Santurce skipper Pepe Rico said.
