Omaha Keeps Spiraling Downward
Narragansett right fielder Randy Horton played a vital role in his team's 6-3 conquest of Omaha. He went 2-4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for Narragansett. Kyoshi Murakami earned the save for Narragansett, his 2nd. To call the performance of the 2042 Insurers disappointing is an understatement.

Tony Feliciano, who is tied for 10th in the ATAL in triples with 1, helped out the Narragansett cause in the top of the seventh inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the first baseman drew 2 walks in 5 plate appearances.

"This game will humble you at times and you've got to buck up and deal with it," said Omaha manager Naozane Watanabe.
