Maldonado, Zambullidores del Acantilado Sink Jardineros Again in Game 2
Riding the 2-hit performance of second baseman Miguel Maldonado, the Acapulco Zambullidores del Acantilado got a road win against the San Luis Potosi Jardineros, 4-3, in Game 2 of the Semifinals. Maldonado went 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Zambullidores del Acantilado, who now lead the best-of-7 series, 2 games to 0.

Had Maldonado not come through in the top of the seventh, who knows how the game would've ended? But with two down, Maldonado hit a 3-run home run. The Zambullidores del Acantilado took the lead, 4-2, and never looked back.

"I'm proud of the way our guys played today to come out with this win," Maldonado told the Acapulco Herald.

Game 3 is scheduled for Friday at Zambullidores del Acantilado Ballpark in Acapulco.
