Jay Gallimore, who is tied for 6th in the AC with a 0.82 ERA, was terrific for the Nassau HS Coasters in his team's 2-0 triumph over the Hunting Hills HS Stags. His performance earned Gallimore rave reviews. Quincy Goodier earned the save for Nassau HS. The win gives Nassau HS a season record of 22-14.

Nassau HS relied on the hitting of Samuel Usher to pick up the win. The center fielder ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the ninth inning to put the Coasters on top, 2-0. For the game, Usher had 1 triple and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Nassau HS manager Muneyaki Koga.
