Colossus Get 7-5 Win Versus Point Grey HS
The South Kamloops HS Colossus topped the Point Grey HS Hounds, 7-5, in Atlantic Conference action at Ballpark of Vancouver. The game was highlighted by the performance of South Kamloops HS pitcher Johan Henderson. The winner was Henderson. He threw 5.1 innings of 1-hit ball. The loser was John Duff. With the victory, the Colossus upped their record to 16-15.

South Kamloops HS used a clutch at-bat from Armando Castaneda to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Colossus ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"When I'm in the lineup, I always feel like we're going to win the game," said Castaneda.
