The Lycee Fenelon Linguists grabbed a win, 9-0, over the Point Grey HS Hounds at Linguists Stadium. Lycee Fenelon third baseman Laurent Guéry went 2 for 5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Romain Alexandre picked up the win with 5.1 innings of work. He allowed no runs on 6 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 1. On the season, he is now 4-0. René Perrier notched his 1st save of the season.

With Lycee Fenelon leading 4-0 in the bottom of the sixth, Guéry came up to bat against Point Grey HS pitcher Cory Burton. Guéry hit a fastball to left for a grand slam home run. His 12th home run of the season put the Linguists on top, 8-0.

"Things didn't bounce our way," said Point Grey HS skipper José Díaz.

Lycee Fenelon has a record of 18-12, placing them first in the Atlantic Conference Europa Division.
