Hildegard Makes It 7 Straight with 4-2 Win
The Nassau HS Coasters could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Quentin Sherman into a win. Instead, the Hildegard Saints prevailed, 4-2. Sherman threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball. The Coasters, at 7-13, have lost 4 in a row.

Theobold Schuster came through with a big-time hit for Hildegard. The shortstop smacked a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to give his team the lead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"This team is real focused right now," said Hildegard manager Sancho Romero.
