Thunderhawks Saddle Chancellors with 13-6 Loss
|
Kyle Farris made an impact in the 13-6 Tumwater HS win over Chatsworth HS. Farris was 2-4 with 2 singles and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The winner in relief was Pete Hall. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. He now owns a record of 3-0. Greg Farrell collected save number 1.
With no one out in the bottom of the fourth, Austin Greene put Tumwater HS in front, 8-6, with a 2-run single. The Thunderhawks went on to win the ballgame.
"We came out aggressive," said Thunderhawks manager Fausto Navarro. "We came out swinging the bats."
At 27-16, the Thunderhawks are currently second in the Western League Northwest Conference.
