The Lodoss Spell Swords and Sherwood Park Hoods completed their game despite the rain.

In the 7-4 Lodoss win over Sherwood Park, the impact of Stephen Spinks was substantial. Spinks, who is tied for 9th in the PCAL in RBI with 67, went 1-3 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4. With the win, the Spell Swords have a record of 49-89.

Spinks contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Lodoss in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-0, Spinks took a fastball from Daniel Hernández and stroked the home run to left. His 20th home run of the season allowed the Spell Swords to leap in front, 4-2.

Lodoss manager Hidekazu Yamamoto was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.
