The Lodoss Spell Swords could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Jong-hoon Ch'ang into a win. Instead, the Hamilton Industrialists prevailed, 6-4. Ch'ang came in in relief and pitched to 16 batters. Andrew Bevan earned the save for Hamilton. The Industrialists win now puts them at 64-66.

Hamilton used the bat of Richard MacDonald to get the win. The left fielder spanked a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Industrialists ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it altered the outcome.

"At the end of the day, wins and losses are really the only thing that matters," said MacDonald.
