Hot Start Continues for Thunderhawks
The Tumwater HS Thunderhawks faced a tough opponent in Boone HS pitcher Neil Dalton, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Thunderhawk Field by a final score of 2-0. Dalton went 5.1 innings and allowed no runs. With the win, Tumwater HS raised its record to 12-5.

The Thunderhawks got a big at-bat from second baseman Harvey McCabe. For the game, McCabe went 1 for 3 with a double and a walk. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 2nd, he stroked a run-scoring double. His 3rd double of the season gave Tumwater HS a 1-0 lead.

"The effort we put into this one paid off," McCabe said.
