The Lodoss Spell Swords defeated the Sherwood Park Hoods, 10-4, at Forcelia Field. Lodoss first baseman Pedro Braña had a superb performance. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The winning pitcher was Sancho Morales. He tossed 88 pitches over 5.1 innings, allowing 3 runs on 4 hits. Lodoss is now 56-68.

Lodoss got a big at-bat from Jackson, Tennessee native Gerald Wolfe, who in the bottom of the first hit a 2-run double. It was his 15th double of the season and put the Spell Swords ahead, 4-0.

"Pedro is still learning," said Spell Swords manager Hidekazu Yamamoto. "The sky's the limit for him."
