Led by Paul Cooper, the De La Salle HS Myrmidon defeated the Billings West HS Lookouts, 12-0. Cooper went 4-6 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 2 for the Myrmidon. Clement Francis was the winner. He's now 1-1. The loser was David Adams.

De La Salle HS used a well-timed hit by Ramiro Garza to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Myrmidon ahead, 3-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

Billings West HS manager Rob Peterson said: "We'll put this one in the trash can and get ready for the next game."
