Brewster Delivers 1-0 Win
Streets Casino and Holdings Park at Jacksonville was the site of a true pitchers' duel.

Starting pitcher Bob Brewster gave the Florida Farstriders a rock-solid effort. The Omaha, Nebraska native helped his team defeat the San Antonio Calzones of Laredo, 1-0, at Streets Casino and Holdings Park at Jacksonville. Florida currently is in first place in the Imperial League Dixie at 76-29.

Brewster worked his mojo for Florida. The hard-throwing right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 6.1 innings of work.

"Bob did exactly what you're supposed to, pounding the zone," said Florida manager Anastasio López.
