The home crowd was treated to a thrilling, walk-off win.

The Strathcona HS Leopards defeated the Point Grey HS Hounds, 5-4, in Atlantic Conference action at Strathcona Ballpark. Strathcona HS pitcher Gregg St.john had a standout performance. The loss drops Point Grey HS to 3-6.

The decisive blow was delivered by John Campeau in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a 2-run home run off 17-year old left-handed pitcher Jack Meadows to win the game for Strathcona HS. The home crowd went nuts.

"The crowd was juiced," said Campeau.
