Behind a fine performance from Han Dou, the Taitung HS Hermits knocked off the Manila HS Water Buffalo, 6-2. Dou was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Hermits. The Hermits raised their record to 27-20.
With Taitung HS leading 4-2 in the bottom of the fifth, Dou came up to bat against Manila HS pitcher Andrei-Luiz Henares. Dou hit a fastball to center for a 2-run home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Hermits on top, 6-2.
"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Dou told the Taitung HS Bulletin.
