The Kuwana Steel Dragons beat the Fushigi Yugi Celestial Warriors by a score of 5-4. Kuwana second baseman Calvin Córdova deserved the lion's share of the credit. Córdova went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Steel Dragons. Douglas Turpin, now 3-2, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 2.2 innings. Kuwana is now 71-49, while Fushigi Yugi is 46-74.
