Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Celestial Warriors
The Fushigi Yugi Celestial Warriors picked up a win at Steelfire Stadium, knocking off the Kuwana Steel Dragons, 6-3. Starting pitcher Rubén Águila played a key role in the triumph. The last-place Celestial Warriors are 46-72.

Fushigi Yugi used a timely hit from Ron Johnston to get the win. The left fielder stroked a 2-run double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Celestial Warriors ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Johnston. "You've got to get results."
