Eijisu Masters Keep Chugging, Win, 10-3
The Osaka Toin HS Eijisu Masters defeated the Taitung HS Hermits, 10-3, in Pacific Conference action at Taitung Ballpark. Osaka Toin HS pitcher Tomohiko Ikeda had a standout performance. Kichibei Abe earned the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed 2 runs on 3 hits in 3 innings. His record is now 4-2. The Eijisu Masters, at 21-14, sit in second place in the Pacific Conference Nihon Division.

Osaka Toin HS relied on the hitting of Tokimasa Morimoto to pick up the win. The left fielder ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the ninth inning to put the Eijisu Masters on top, 4-3. For the game, Morimoto had 1 triple and 1 single in 5 at-bats.
