The Snow Canyon HS Yeti racked up a win at Ballpark of Oswego, bumping off the Oswego HS Lynx, 7-2. John Banks, who started for Snow Canyon HS, pitched effectively for his team. The Yeti, now 7-3, have won 5 in a row.

Pete Miller had a big 2-run home run for the Yeti in the top of the third inning. With Snow Canyon HS leading 2-1 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a fastball from 17-year old right-handed pitcher Anderson Hamilton and punished it. The result was his 1st home run of the season, which put the Yeti on top, 4-1.
