Batey Double Up Wahoos, 4-2
Behind an impressive start by Pat Crowe, Charlotte Amalie beat Aruba, 4-2. The second-place Wahoos dropped to 25-20.

Julián Salinas had a big run-scoring double for the Batey in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Charlotte Amalie leading 3-2 and a runner on 2nd, he got a fastball from 17-year old right-handed pitcher Berta Oluyemi and swatted a double to left-center. It was his 3rd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Batey ahead, 4-2.

"Pat was pretty good at keeping their guys off-balance," said Charlotte Amalie manager Dale Mitchell.
