At Soufriere Hills Park, the Montserrat Mystique and Aruba Wahoos were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

The Aruba Wahoos grabbed a win, 9-4, over the Montserrat Mystique at Soufriere Hills Park. Aruba right fielder Kyuso Nomura hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. At 14-14, Aruba is in 5th place in the Intercontinental Baseball Coalition Paradise League.

Billy Gaselee came through with a big-time hit for Aruba. The pinch hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

In comments to the Aruba News, Nomura admitted he's been told to improve his work habits. "But," he said, "I know when to take it to another gear."
