Decepticons Run Win Streak to 8

The Santo Domingo Decepticons picked up a win at The Pit of Kaon, knocking off the Aruba Wahoos, 6-2. On the mound for Santo Domingo was right-hander José Deleón. He played a key role in the triumph. With the victory, the Decepticons record stands at 13-12.
Li-zhi Jung had a big run-scoring triple for the Decepticons in the bottom of the third inning. With Santo Domingo leading 2-1 and a runner on 2nd, he got a fastball from 17-year old right-handed pitcher José Morales and swatted a triple to left. It was his 1st triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Decepticons ahead, 3-1.
"I like the groove we're in," said Deleón.
