Neo-Tokyo pitcher Edel Teischer gave the Apollos all they could handle, but in the end, Tempe left Neo-Tokyo Grounds with a win, 2-0. Teischer allowed no runs on 4 hits over 7 innings. Tempe reliever Shane Perales snagged the win, upping his record to 4-1. Scott Courtier shouldered the loss. At 53-41, the Apollos find themselves in third place in the Sovereign League Desert Hills.
