The North Sydney Kookaburras locked up a win at Aukland Grounds, knocking off the Auckland Aces BC, 4-1. On the mound for North Sydney was left-hander Manuel Álvarez. He played a major role in the triumph. Françisco Roger, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 7th save. The Kookaburras now have a record of 15-16.
