Naturalists Squelch Whales Offense in Shutout Win
Right-hander Ted Gregg mesmerized the Busan Whales while leading the Muju Naturalists to a 3-0 victory. Hoshi Hagiwara got credit for the win, improving to 3-1. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings. With the victory, the Naturalists upped their record to 46-40.

The Naturalists got a big at-bat from center fielder Bonie Almodovar. For the game, Almodovar went 1 for 4 with a home run. In the bottom of the sixth, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 2nd home run of the season gave Muju a 1-0 lead.

"Awesome outing. Ted was on top of them all night long," said Muju manager Giomar Matteotti.
