Administrators Stick Naturalists with 4-3 Loss
|
The Sejong Administrators racked up a win at Bandi Land Ballpark, bumping off the Muju Naturalists, 4-3. Duane Erickson, who started for Sejong, pitched effectively for his team. With the win, the Administrators improved to 28-26.
Tied up with the Naturalists in the top of the fifth inning, the Administrators got a boost from center fielder Tomás Valentín. With runners on 1st and 2nd, Valentín saw a 1-0 fastball from Ernesto Quiñones and hit a run-scoring single to break the stalemate and put Sejong on top, 3-2.
"When Duane is on, he can really move the ball around," said Sejong manager Ralph McCabe.
