The Gohueng Gom topped the Daegu Dragons by a score of 6-4. Leading the way was catcher Kevin Gary. Gary was 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 and driving in 2 for the Gom. William Maloney closed the game out for Gohueng, earning his 5th save. The Gom raised their record to 22-32.

Gohueng went in front, 5-4, on Joe Blair's 5th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Blair hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Daegu pitcher You-liang Zhu visibly perturbed.

"We put it together and came out with the win," Gary said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
