The Jesuit HS Corsairs used the hitting of first baseman Kenneth Mills to subdue the De La Salle HS Myrmidon, 7-5. For the game, Mills was 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs. Picking up the save was 16-year old left-handed pitcher Jaime Ramírez. The loss puts De La Salle HS at 5-2.

Travis Colbert had a big 2-run double for the Corsairs in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Jesuit HS trailing 1-0 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Chester Barnes, who is the 2nd-best prospect in the Myrmidon organization, and swatted a double to center. It was his 1st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Corsairs ahead, 2-1.
