Morning Swords Use Late Rally to Win 4th Straight
|
The Daegu Dragons got a superb performance from pitcher Marcos Flores, but the Suwon Morning Swords still won the game, 4-3. Flores threw 6.1 innings of 2-hit ball. Suwon goes to 20-8, Daegu to 12-16.
Suwon got a clutch hit from Mike Walker. The designated hitter launched a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.
"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Walker said.
