Arlington Doubles Up Havana, 8-4

Fans were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown Havana Leones take on the Arlington Bureaucrats.
In the 8-4 Arlington win over Havana, the impact of Juan Rincón was substantial. Rincón, who is tied for 7th in the IL in bases on balls with 71, went 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk. He scored 3 runs. Donnie Wheeler went 5 innings, allowing 2 runs on 6 hits. The right-hander struck out 2 and walked 2. With the win, he's now 7-13 this season.
Arlington used a well-timed hit by Juan Carlos Sánchez to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the fourth inning to put the Bureaucrats ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 5 at-bats, it was important.
"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Rincón.
The third-place Bureaucrats go to 73-78.
