Steel Dragons Keep Chugging, Win, 3-2
The Kuwana Steel Dragons topped the Taipei Wardens, 3-2, in Trinity action at Steelfire Stadium. The standout performance belonged to Kuwana pitcher and Ulsan, South Korea, native Hyo-cheong Pak. Jorge Fierro earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2 innings. He upped his record to 2-1. Lou Long finished to wrap up his 23rd save.

William Allen, who led the HUM in runs with 108 in 2030, took Taipei hurler Felipe Aguilera deep in the bottom of the seventh. His 2-run home run put the Steel Dragons on top, 3-2. In all, Allen had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.

"The guys seem happy with the win. That's good, I guess," said Allen.

Kuwana bumps their record to 59-43 with the win.
