West Lauderdale HS and Blanchard HS got after it at Ballpark of West Lauderdale HS.

Michael Cain helped his team muscle past the Blanchard HS Ligers, 13-4. In the game, the West Lauderdale HS catcher went 4 for 4 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 2. Jeff Hollamby picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-0. Stephen Malone was tagged with the loss.

Thomas Gracía cracked a home run off Stephen Malone in the bottom of the third. His 3-run blast put the Knights on top, 6-4. In all, Gracía had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
