Panthers Need Extra Innings to Top Sailors, 6-5
The DeSoto Central HS Panthers trumped the Sarasota HS Sailors, 6-5, in 10 innings. DeSoto Central HS designated hitter Ron Kelley was impactful. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. DeSoto Central HS reliever Alexis Crum got the win, raising his record to 1-1.
