Jones Delivers Walk-Off Win for Arsenal
The Kure Arsenal used a great performance from Troy Rush, who finished 5th in the TRI in wins with 13 last year, to beat the Kuwana Steel Dragons, 3-1, at Nisshin Steel Dome at Kure. Kuwana is now 1-3.

Kure got a knockout punch from Jody Jones. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"You can never predict what'll happen," Jones said. "That's why you play the game."
