Edwards hits 2 home runs to Light Remuda Fuse
The Boise Remuda handed the Sacramento Deltas a loss at Boise Ballpark. The final score was 13-6. Andy Edwards was one of the major contributors for Boise. In addition to his 1 single and 2 home runs, he scored 3 runs and drove in 3. Ying-hua Dun, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2039 draft, was the winner. He's now 6-3. The loser was Enrique Canó. By defeating Sacramento, the 4th-place Remuda improved to 74-82.

The Deltas had been locked in a 3-3 tie with the Remuda going into the bottom of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the three-time All-Star Nathan Barnett came to the plate. Barnett hit a grand slam home run on a 3-1 fastball from Sacramento hurler Enrique Canó. It was Barnett's 8th home run of the year.

"You come to the ballpark to do your job and that's what I did today," Edwards told the Boise Times.
