Eremitani hits 2 home runs to Ignite Loggers Offense
The Tacoma Loggers dealt the Sacramento Deltas a 5-2 loss at Tacoma Stadium. Giampaolo Eremitani, who is tied for 2nd in the HUM in extra base hits with 54, was the star on offense. He belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. The setback makes Sacramento 56-49.

Shigekazu Sanu drove in one run for Tacoma. The 21-year old catcher had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 1-1 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Carlos Hernández. It was his 12th RBI of the season.

"Enjoyed this one," Eremitani told the Tacoma Bulletin. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
