The Sacramento Deltas converted a terrific effort from starter Martin Allen into a win over the Boise Remuda at Boise Ballpark. The Deltas won the game by a final score of 8-2. Cristóbal Hernández got credit for the win, improving to 4-2. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 3 innings. The third-place Deltas go to 51-43.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Keith O'Neal? The Sacramento right fielder had a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Deltas on top, 2-1. For the game, O'Neal had 1 double and 3 singles in 5 at-bats.
