Curry, Sailors Rumble to 13-0 Win
|
The Sarasota HS Sailors cruised to a win over the Cy-Fair HS Bobcats, 13-0, at Cy-Fair HS Grounds. Ricky Curry, who is tied for 6th in the EL in extra base hits with 12, led the way, going 3-for-5 for Sarasota HS. The winning streak has now reached 7 games for Sarasota HS.
In the top of the fourth of a scoreless game, Curry hit a 2-run home run to put his team ahead.
"These guys just keep getting after it," Sarasota HS manager Roberto Pacheco said.
