Moody HS Trojans pitcher Richard López was in fine form, leading his team past the Union City HS Hillers, 8-1. Picking up the save was Wesley McNeal, his 2nd. The third-place Trojans now sit at 7-4.

López, who was born in Three Rivers, Texas, threw 74 pitches over 5.2 innings, while allowing no runs.
