Rampage Rally Late to Clip St. John's
Seton Hall beat St. John's at Ballpark of St. John's, escaping with a 5-4 win. The win in large part was due to left fielder Patrick Copeland. He went 4-5 with a triple, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times. Barton Estes, now 3-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 3 hits in 1.1 innings. Steven Ford finished the game for Seton Hall and earned his 3rd save.

Seton Hall used the timely hitting of Vicente Ortega to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Rampage on top, 5-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Anytime you're seeing it well, it's a good feeling," Copeland told the Seton Hall Daily.

The Rampage now own a record of 34-22.
